The UV and ozone technologies have gained increasing interest in water treatment and reuse in various countries around the world. However, the market of UV and ozone applications in developing countries, for example, Southeast Asian are still limited. The purposes of this workshop are to provide a basic understanding of UV and ozone applications, considerations, and case studies in water treatment and reuse, to introduce state-of-the-art UV and ozone technologies, and to build a helpful and well-connected professional network between researchers and industrial sector. The possible UV applications in industries will be introduced and discussed.
