7 September 2006: H2O Innovation (2000) Inc. announces the execution of the asset purchase agreement with Membrane Systems Corporation.
H2O Innovation (2000) Inc. (“H2O”, TSX-V: HEO) is pleased to announce the execution, on September 6, 2006, of an arm’s length asset purchase agreement between Membrane Systems, Inc., a new wholly owned subsidiary of H2O incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, and Membrane Systems Corporation (“MSC”), pertaining to the acquisition of all substantially assets held by MSC (the “Transaction”) for an amount of US$2,875,000, payable on closing. 6 September 2006: Silver Spring Stays Pure with UV Disinfection.
Hanovia UV water disinfection systems are helping the Silver Spring Mineral Water Company near Folkestone in the United Kingdom ensure its products are free from microbial contamination.

“We have a very pure source of spring water,” said Steve Clegg of the engineering team, “but we feel a ‘take no chances’ approach to water purity is best, and UV provides us with that extra reassurance,”. This was reiterated by quality assurance manager Sue Hickling, who said, “UV gives us a high level of confidence to ensure consumer protection and satisfaction.”...

 
6 August 2006: Progressive UV Technology Chosen for "City of Planned Progress".
Erlanger, KY (August, 2006) – As Thornton, CO. has grown over the past 50 years from a tiny town of 6,000, it has accommodated this growth by following its town motto, “City of Planned Progress.” The city’s latest preparation for future progress is the installation of UV water treatment systems from Aquionics. The closed chamber, medium pressure disinfection systems will allow the city to meet increased demands in water treatment capacity and tightening water quality regulations.
 
The city’s two water treatment plants, the Wes Brown Water Treatment Plant and the Thornton Water Treatment Plant, serve the needs of 114,000 citizens. With assistance from Aquionics representative Canyon Systems, Inc. (Lakewood, CO), Aquionics CrossFlow UV systems were chosen to provide a secondary barrier in the city’s water treatment process...
 

1 June 2006: Berson UV is first to Gain New German DVGW Certification for UV Water Treatment Systems.
Berson UV’s InLine+ medium pressure UV water disinfection systems are now certified to the stringent new German DVGW Standard, W294 (Parts 1, 2 & 3). Berson UV is the first company whose medium pressure UV lamps conform to the new standard. 

The DVGW (German Technical Association for Gas & Water) monitors self regulation in the German gas and water supply industries. Its technical rules set the standard for safety and efficiency not only in Germany but also in a number of other European countries...
