Ranger Guided Ecology and Natural History Tour at Chautauqua(40 maximum) $5.00. 2.5 hours hike/walk around the iconic Boulder Flatirons and Chautauqua Park, seen in every photograph of Boulder. Hosted by City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Department. Bring sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a snack, and a liter of water. |
Museum of Boulder(40 minimum). $10 pp. Private self-guided tour of museum. + Pearl Street and downtown Boulder self-guided tour. Visit the museum for a dynamic reflection of the Boulder Colorado community, providing a historical context for our current times. Followed by a visit to Boulder’s eccentric and lively pedestrian mall, home to local shops, great restaurants and talented street performers. (note if this does not meet minimum you can join another activity) |
Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art45 min docent tour (30 maximum, $5 pp) + Pearl Street and downtown Boulder self-guided tour. Combine our contemporary art museum with Boulder’s eccentric and lively pedestrian mall, home to local shops, great restaurants and talented street performers. |
Brewery tour(40 people maximum). $25 pp + beer costs. Boulder is home to some of the best microbreweries in the state. We will visit 3 of them, meet brewery staff. Formal brewery tours are unavailable at this time. Ride in a local-hosted passenger van and land at 3 different breweries to try some local craft beer. |
Challenging Hike in Boulder Flatirons(12 maximum) $5.00. A 2-3 hour hike led by a Boulderite in the Flatirons area. A steady climb through the trees to near the top of our 2nd and 3rdflatirons, seen in every photograph of Boulder. Fantastic views. Bring sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a snack, and a liter of water. |
