2022 IUVA RIS: Hotel & Travel information

Symposium Location

The conference will be held in the atrium of the SEEC (Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community) building at 4001 Discovery Drive in Boulder Colorado on the East Campus of the University of Colorado Boulder. Enter the building through the courtyard just East of the parking circle. The conference will be held in room C120.

Please fly into Denver International Airport (DEN). Boulder is about a 45 minute drive from the airport. We recommend either renting a car or using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft.

Traveling & COVID-19

Traveling into the United States by Air (As of Jan 27, 2022)

  • Information: Before boarding a flight to the US, you are required to show a negative Covid-19 test result taken no more than 1 day before travel.
    • Children under 2 do not need to test.
  • There is also an option for people who have documented recovery from Covid-19 in the past 90 days.
    • Must show a positive test result taken no more than 90 days before the flights departure from a foreign country AND
    • A letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a publish health official start that you cleared to travel.
