The 2020 IUVA Americas Conference takes place March 9-11, 2019 at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. This event is co-located with the RadTech 2020 UV+EB Technology Expo & Conference which usually draws over 1300 attendees. IUVA exhibits will be located in a pavilion on the show floor.

All sponsorships will display your logo on show materials including marketing materials, show directory, and recognition signs at the 2020 IUVA Americas Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Cost: $8000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $10,000 (Non-member)

For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo displayed prominently on all materials and signs.

Reception Monday Evening or Tuesday Evening, Cost: $8,000

(One Available for Monday & ONe Available for Tuesday) For this sponsorship, your company will receive signage at the reception along with being listed in Show Directory as a sponsor. You will receive your supplied graphics/artwork on an 8 foot, double sided, meter board the entrance to the reception.


Lunch for Entire Conference, Cost: $5,000 (Includes sponsorship of all lunches)

For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located at the luncheon on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Meeting Room, Cost: $1,000 (IUVA Corp Member) / $3,000 (Non-member)

For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located outside of a meeting room.


Coffee Breaks for Entire Conference, Cost: $3,000 (Includes sponsorship of all breaks – Available for multiple companies)

For this sponsorship, your company will receive your company’s logo on the signs located at all the coffee breaks throughout the event.

Individual 8’ Sign in Registration Area, Cost: $3,000 (Multiple Available)

For this sponsorship, your company will be able to display your supplied graphics/artwork on an 8 foot, double sided, meter board in the main foyer of the Convention Center. For this item, we will print and display the banner from your provided artwork.

Attendee Bag Insert, Cost: $2,000 (Multiple Available)

For this sponsorship, your company will be able to have your corporate literature or flyers inserted into the bags given to each attendee.
