UV Solutions for Food and Beverage

Objectives

Position and promote the proper and efficacious use of UVC to 405 nm germicidal light (lamps or diodes generated) for horticulture growth stimulation or suppression, nutrition and wash water sanitation, post-harvest disinfection, Nonthermal and nonchemical food and beverage safety and shelf life extension, spoilage avoidance during storage or transport, surface sanitation, and hyper-spectral analysis for contamination detection.
